Service Description. This Site describes Custom Shower Tile, Tile Installation, Shower Tile Design, Hardwood Floor Installation, Bathroom Tile Installation provided by Four States Tile And Flooring. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Four States Tile And Flooring or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Four States Tile And Flooring may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Four States Tile And Flooring arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
